Herpes Simplex 2 Virus

Herpes Simplex 2 is a sexually transmitted diesease that at the present time has no cure. 

 

Symptoms are:

1. Pain or itching in the genital area.

2. Small red blumps, tiny white blister or both that can last a few days or weeks. 

3. Ulcers that can ooze or bleed and can cause pain when urinating. 

4. You can have scabs over the ulcers when they start to heal. 

These sores can found on the the persons thighs, buttocks, mouth, urethra ( tube where urine passes out of the bladder). 

Women can have sores on their vaginal area, external genitals or Cervix. 

Men can have sores on their penis or scrotom. 

At times before you start to have sores you may get burning, tingling, itching when the infection enters your body or you can have pain in your lower back, legs, buttocks. 

 

The most common way to get a diagnosis is through blood test. At the present thing there is no sure for this STD, patients do take medication to help with symptoms.
